Step six:

You are your education system.

Everything you have been told that was done for your sake is a lie.

Economy, religion, science, school, work; all center around the same lie--money.
The monetary currency that has hijacked your beliefs, your life, and your morals. The bartering system is there but the scales of value are tipped to nothing in your favour.

Want to know why there's the saying of "Money can't buy you happiness"? It's because happiness is not on the menu of who prints and circulates your monetary currency. "Monetary" is the adjective to "currency" as this step is about what it is you possess and should be bartering with.

The universal currency you have is curiosity. And nowhere in your innateness is there 'capitalism'.

As capitalism stems from the belief that something is of value enough to override curiosity. But losing your ability to believe in anything are what these steps advocate. It isn't a bad thing to stop believing, but it is the worst to be told what to believe.

Give value to nothing.

Not even opinions.

And not even the idea that we all have our differences. That idea is somewhat the root from the soil that belief grows from and capitalism fawns leaves from. When everyone abolishes their curiosity for the false empowering thought that they've something to say, the surrogate choice of having preferences is made and shrouds them. Then that creates a mass of similar mental drones, all reprogrammed to seek out differences in each other and in you, who is trying to wake up, and scorn you for those differences and beliefs. Most of them come from capitalized backgrounds or cultures bred on differences and value.

But curiosity... it's not only your shield from the dark articulation of a differential mind but also the only thing we all universally have.

The best you can do for someone who believes in opinions is to help them wonder why they do believe.
